[Kaichou] (Harmony) (250 Tokens)
■History The Kaichou (Literally meaning Harmony) are known throughout Kumogakure as the clan of sound, or the luring few. These members are known to have a special chakra that allows for them to know the human body to a point where they can make simple noise and mentally harm, damage or even slow the target down. Throughout Kumogakure, the Kaichou are often heard practicing but they are also known to be quite attractive, that aids them with their music as they two work in unisync to be luring as a single unit. They have been said to be Siren's, in a way, using their chakra and their sound, to become a force that can be extremley hard to deal with, thus giving them the title. They are not only feared throughout the world and Kumo, but loved, to the point where most people do not know what to do with them sometimes. Falling in love with a Kaichou can be quite deadly, as they are quite materialstic, meaing that their instruments will always take the first place in their heart over anyone. But, those that can get past this, will often be the ones that stay with the Kaichou forever, and sometimes, they could even be taught the ways of the Kacihou and learn the secrets of the sound.

-[Melodic Beauty] The Kaichou are known for their gorgous bodies, that compliments the beautiful music that they make. With this, they are able to use their bodies as well as their music to lure people in as well as confuse them, and give lingering effects that will effect their mental status. With their control over their sounded, the control of their chakra and the fact that they are able to control their jutsu in sync with their body, which allows them to become flawless ninjutsu users. Their bodies have adjust to such, allowing them to fight and withstand most fights longer then others, even though they tend to stand at the back of the battlefield, and do things that no other shinobi can do. Universal: User starts with Medical / Wind / Sound Elements, Gaining no more. -[Perfected Melody] With each strum or blow from their instrument, they are able to impact their target quite greatly. With each amount of chakra they spend, they are able to do large amounts of damage to their target with their instrument and jutsu. Their genjutsu are quite strong aswell, as their musical talent allows for them to show their strength within each chord or melody they are playing. This allows for them to do simple things with their instruments, that can turn out to be deadly if they are not dealt with quickly. -[Musical Body] The Kaichou are known for their perfection with their music, little do people know, that for them to become so great with their instruments, they spend hours studying the human body and learning specifics that can aid them with their medical jutsu. Not only this, the hours that they spend studying allows for them to perfect their own body, focusing their tranining into certain points that allows for them tolerate more then the average shinobi and perfect their defensive style in a way that will aid them for years to come. With the hours of studying, their mind's have expanded to a point where they are considered geniuses. ■Jutsu The Kaichou are known throughout Kumogakure as the musical prodigies that have a natural talent of controlling the wind and their music to become devestating attacks. Their jutsu range from simple genjutus, to violent noises that can leave a target deaf for long periods of time. Universal: Kaichou are able to make 2x E-B Rank and 1x A-S Rank Sound jutsu. The E/D Rank Jutsu are automatically known, but the C-S Rank jutsu must still be learnt as per the gate system. These jutsu can only be taught to other Kaichou.

-[Lifetime Prodigy] (100 Tokens - Extra) It is often said that those born to the Kaichou are musically gifted, and most of them focus on a single instrument. Not often is it seen where a Kaichou is born who masters not only one, but three instruments, allowing for their sound techniques to be quite diverse, and allowing for them to become the envy of the clan. The Kaichou are a close clan, but those that are able to master more then one instrument have been said to be the prodigies of the clan, and are said to be those in line for being the head of the Kaichou clan. -[C]Melodic Body RP: The Kaichou are an incredible shinobi whom specialize in sound. Using instruments as an extension of themselves and to produce a frequency. This frequency that there instruments produce are able acts as a adhesive to the Kaichou chakra, almost all the Kaichou need there instruments to produce the frequency. However, even though the Kaichou are known for there musical talents and abilities there is a rare breed of Kaichou whom are able to further this. not needing the extension of there musical instruments to to produce the frequency they are able to produce this frequency from there own sounds that they produce. This special and rare ability makes them extremely dangerous because you know know when they are going to use there jutsu on you while even saying the simplest "Good morning".
Akemi, growing up was suspected to have this ability when she would unintentionally attach her chakra to the sounds of her voice when she cried and destruction followed. being sent to her great grandmother, whom was the last to be known of this ability to help her contain it and control it... Now, Akemi being of the Kaichou loves music and prefers to use her instruments to produce the frequency needed. but she knows how to control her ability for when she needs it. DF: Able to use only Sound jutsu while physically bound, but suffers a -2 to the ATK/DEF Roll. Player Note: This allows me to use sound justu with anything Akemi produces... the -2 to the ATK/DEF roll is only when bound.
