PERSONALITY:
Pervy 'Sensei' - At least as far as Kotoyo is concerned - Toshiko often takes time out of her day to help others, despite her normally brash (and sometimes crude) exterior. She loves her friends, is kind to her students and shockingly watches her language around kids, if they're too young. She doesn't believe herself -to- be kind, but she tries with some. Her mind is still desperately trying to recover from where she was, broken by the worst of behaviours from her time in the Bloody Mist as a child and the massacre she performed as revenge.

The Yuki clan (雪一族, Yuki Ichizoku) lived in the Land of Water. Some time ago, the country was in the midst of a civil war. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people, causing wide-spread persecutions against those with kekkei genkai. Because of this, the Yuki clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei genkai went into hiding.

Once upon time, wandering the fog.. Four Jounin found they'd come too far. A Child's voice rang over the hill, Please, oh, please. Won't you take me with you, she cried. Tattered rags, and sullied clothes she raced from the burning. The fires raged around them, a war that was remembered burned the flesh of the living. Innocents turned into charcoal sculptures that reached towards the heavens, for the day that the lands that rained, bore no water no remorse for the ones with them. This was not their fight.
She was a child. The Kumogakure Shinobi pressed into the village, too late for any. Surely Kirigakure would respond soon, for their missing men. For there was little left but destroyed, the dead shinobi scattered about, alongside mercenaries and villagers alike. The battered child in the Shinobi's arms, they pushed through rubble. Surely they had seen what had the fight been over by now? One mercenary was slumped over bar, the Barkeep was pinned to the wall by a nodachi, the blademaster curled up on the floor?

Their Med-nin cited poison, as the death of the Mercenary. Had the barkeep done it? He had died to the mercenary, but there was no evidence left.
A hundred people, burned, burned away by fire in the night windows and doors damp. Shinobi, and mercenaries died in the blaze as humanity around them suffered, outstreched blackened flesh reaching for the sky, or curled up by the doors.

The evidence was gone, burned in alcohol and in flour that had exploded.

It was the Kumogakure Jounin, with the Yuki Child, in the Bar...! How lost they weren't! How tricked they were! How desperate they weren't! Stole the children, killed the parents! Iced the Doors, and Windows, watch it all burn, burn, burn! Together they were! Together they are!

[Ice Creationist] Every member of the Yuki clan holds the ability to create Ice and different forms of Ninjutsu at will, this allows the Yuki to be in essence masters of their chakra control to create devastating combinations with their Ice Jutsu.

[One-Handed Seals] All of the Yuki clan hold the unique ability to manipulate the Ice and Chakra within them and around them with only a single hand. This means even while physically stunned or grappled down they may flash through the seals with one hand, utilizing their jutsu for far less chakra and at the same time doing so without the need of normal resources.

The type of girl who puts as much effort into her looks as her her training as her Shinobi, Toshiko believes in taking care of yourself mentally, physically and she puts it in that effort. That effort? Resulted in a gorgeous body, perfect from head to toe due to meditation, working out and amazing self-confidence. Her dedication, is proven to inspire those around her, and leave people speechless. Her vibe is strong, chakra eminating out from her to literally improve the chakra about her and her own manipulation.
Universal: User gains +2 to Jutsu Learning Rolls and those she teaches gain a +1 Aswell. Doesn't Roll When determining Beauty and looks, automatically succeeding during a DM Event. If a PC Interaction is involved, the PC may choose how to react, but must still acknowledge the beauty.
How do you fix what is broken, when it is your self?
Toshiko's mind and body have been conditioned by the unhealthy enviroments in her life, to where murder was as common as breathing . Born during the last era of the worse Bloody Mist, where she lived under her true name, she was reared to be a ruthless fighter without thought and remorse. The first year she was entered in the Kirigakure academy - Without learning more than her own ability with Hyoutan, she slaughtered the graduating class that was set to perform the tradition using her exceptionally honed ninjutsu.
It was then, that measures were taken by her Grandmother realising that she would lose her grandchild if she was continued to be in this life. Uehara Toshiko took her grandchild from the very doors as she was about to be formally entered into the records of Kirigakure, leaving little more then the scratched headband that her only grandchild was to recieve and two dead Chuunin.
Fleeing into a large civilian village on the boarder under presumed names, Toshiko began a new life for her and her Granddaughter, desperately trying to reclaim any bit of innocence that was left and was met with nothing but a blank stare, and near intentional violence. It was two months, before Toshiko made progress with the small child and the results were never as intented.
She looked up at her Grandmother, eyes full of warmth and smiling.
"But I want to." She said.
Toshiko's heart broke within her chest. That night when child went to rest, she decided that more extreme measures were to be taken. Taking her skill in the art of Fuuinjutsu and Genjutsu, she tried to instill countermeasures to return her Grandchild to some semblence of innocence creating a a seal that would help strengthen the feelings of kindness and gentleness until her cold hearted child could identify them on her own, by utilizing her talent in fuuinjutsu and her gift of manipulation to etch the seal within her skull using chakra to keep a permanent minor genjutsu to help encourage her softer nature putting her under the constant effects of a positive manipulation genjutsu yet enable her to move.
The next day.. She witnessed her little sweetheart play with the dolls she had bought her at last. The little girl, played with others. Slowly, the urges subsided - ... Until the day Uehara Toshiko could not have imagined came, and she was parted from her Grandchild through death... Lynched by the villagers of their own town. Toshiko, took her name, and remembers little but the anger that pierced through the permanent genjutsu in her mind temporarily reinstating the bloodlust ... And it was then that she met Hiroyuki Shinnosuke and the events of the Village Massacre happened.
Hiroyuki was everything her Grandmother never wanted her to be, under the pretense of everything she wanted for 'Toshiko'. She left the village in ashes, and joined him in Kumogakure now under the protection of her co-conspirator - and their relationship was not one of guardian and child, there was no love in the house. Her abilities as a Yuki were hidden, and he trained her brutally, with violence in the form of any capable form of the ninja arts Hiroyuki could muster.
And that was when they discovered something amazing...
Apply a genjutsu - or further on any sort of mental influence upon Toshiko 'countered' the genjutsu that softened her, creating an inadvertant counter every time it influenced her, and while it did not stop the oppressive effects of it, she found she could still perform the same one-handed seal and make out her oppressors from the harsh reality in her mind due to the disruption it caused.
She sent Hiroyuki flying across their small training room with a solid slam of ice. He responded with an S-Rank, nearly killing her the entirety of the ninjutsu nearly of it and created a resulting. Their training resumed after she recovered, and she learned to endure his violent blows, bit by bit, channeling the results of all of her her torment, pain and urges into effectiveness.

Fuuton: Spiraling Blast Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 RP Description: The shinobi forms the required hand seals (10) then focuses their chakra in their lungs. Inhaling deeply, the shinobi holds the air in their lungs, while the chakra amplifies it. Placing one hand on their chest, and the other to cup their lips, he exhales sharply, expelling a large blast of wind in a cone effect. If a Shinobi is near the caster of the Jutsu, and in the Jutsu' path, they will find it difficult to breath due to the massive gusts of wind. Prolonged exposure of this up-close effect can be lethal, causing death due to suffocation.
