Chuunin Exams!

Hello, and well greetings to you, the driving generation of a greater future. It is with great pleasure that I may announce, to you, the second annual INTERNATIONAL Chuunin Exams. As you may remember, last year we were provided with great results from this multi-national attempt, and were able to continue with a second term.

If you are unfamiliar with the tradition, know that the Exams are a test of merit. They serve as a tool for your village to judge you on, and will help progress your career as a Shinobi. This involves battles, puzzles, tests, speed, leadership, co-operation, and general abilities. Although these hold great interest, it is most notable that these Exams are the only guaranteed way to proceed to the rank of Chuunin, without consideration.
Hosting this years Chuunin Exams will be the village of Kumogakure, and Lighting Country.  
This year, we are implementing of plenty of new- and excellent- changes to the program and festival. We hope that these new changes will not only provide better results, but also make the exam a more enjoyable festival for all those participating.

[Entering the Exams]
All Genin are free to enter these exams, as there are NO standing prerequisits. However, you must obtain one "Chuunin Exams- Admit one" at the time that the exams begin. Note that these are physical items within the game.
There are multiple ways to obtain a ticket.
1) Participate in "Preliminary Exams" events run randomly by the Event DM team. This does not guarantee a ticket, however, and requires the character to prove their merit.

2) Each squad leader will be provided with ONE ticket to give to ONE of their Genin. Your squad leader will determine how this decision will be made.

3) You may forcefully take it from another player by KO'ing them. Because these tickets will apparently reveal the exact location of the Exam, all characters must keep the ticket within their inventory until the time of the Exam's start. However, your character will NOT know naturally who has a ticket or not- this information must be obtained through clever RP.

4) If you do not have a ticket by the time limit due to inavailablitly or bad chance, and you feel that your character still qualifies, you may send me a PM on the day that they are due. Do not contact me- or any other DMs- about this issue until said time.
