The Suiton Jutsu list has undergone several changes, please be sure to update your jutsu in your bio, and to replace jutsu that have been removed with jutsu of equivalent rank.

The Katon and Elementless jutsu lists have undergone several changes, and we ask that everyone update the jutsu lists on their bios to the new versions.

After much consideration, and the feedback receive from the player base, the MOD requirement to learn jutsu has been removed. We realised that it was quite a downfall to the learning system, and after being pointed out by a multitude of you, it was revoked. However, we have kept the MOD Requirement for Teaching Jutsu, but we have also added in another Bonus System that allows for the teacher to give bonuses to the student, depending on their mod. We have also added in a clause that Squad Leaders and Academy Instructors can teach certain ranks of jutsu, without the knowledge of jutsu or DM permission, as long as they still have the MOD requirement to do so.

If you feel these changes are inadequate, then please voice your opinion once more and we will work on the system again.
