Believe It. (Isamu Training Thread)

Stepping out into the open clearing in the Sunagakure Training Grounds (You know, the one with the rock in the center) Isamu took in a deep breath and also gave a yawn, deciding that this would be the day he'd finish the next technique that he had been working on, seeing as most if not all of his family's scroll's had made themselves scarce in the months following the attack on Iwagakure. Standing in a lazy stance with his feet spread shoulder width apart, Isamu stared down at the rock almost like he was trying to win some sort of contest. Yet the purpose for this was not a simple staring contest, but rather to give him time enough to channel his chakra down into his arm, allowing the wooden shield to form over it yet stopping right at his elbow and not moving any further. By lessening how much he covered his body, he in turn found himself finding better uses for both his chakra and his ability itself. Lunging forwards off the ground, The Rock turned Sand Shinobi struck at the stone surface with his fist covered in a wooden bark that remained encased around the limb even after he managed to strike it. Taking in another deep intake of air, he'd spin around on the ground, attempting to recreate what he had done to his arm yet this time to his foot. Succeeding in covering it in the solid material he struck the rock again, finding himself left with two parts covered more efficently than his other jutsu was able to manage, striking the rock with a harsh crack he'd split the wooden shell apart. Cursing silently under his breath at his own incompetencies, He then narrowed his eyes upon his foe.. in this case that would have been the rock. Before proceeding to repeat the same punch over and over again at the smooth polished surface. He had to train further if he was ever going to enter the chunnin exams, He knew that.. But boy did he want a nap.

Sometime later, He had found he fell asleep hugging the rock. Looking left, then right before standing back up to his feet. Yeah, he totally meant to do that. .. Anyone that said otherwise was definitely lying. His body shifting itself back into the normal stance that he had held previous to falling on his face. Yet his eyes held a faintly more focused look to them which had been matched by his movements as his arms began to weave forwards, covering themselves with earth each time he struck the stone.. and even using the impact to forge a stronger wooden shield about his arms as he went, The wood layering further with each strike until both of his hands had been covered to the maximum they could possibly be covered to. He was happy to have managed the technique, although he realized that this was just the beginning. There had been other techniques to learn.. but that would happen in time.. for now he would have to settle with a montage.

RP Description: The user of this technique users the manipulation of their cells to cause the striking part of their body to be coated in a solid bark like material. Even after this strike the material would remain until broken off.
PVP Effect: Taijutsu [Dex/Str] Rank Damage +2. User gains 2 destroyable HP DR.
Special Note: Destroyable DR stacks to the Burst Cap. Destroyable DR only lasts until it is hit. E.G Rolls 12 DR, takes 14 DMG from Jutsu, 2 DMG taken Total, and no DR anymore.
