The Suiton Jutsu list has undergone several changes, please be sure to update your jutsu in your bio, and to replace jutsu that have been removed with jutsu of equivalent rank.

The Katon and Elementless jutsu lists have undergone several changes, and we ask that everyone update the jutsu lists on their bios to the new versions.

ALL Shinobi (You may use up to 2 of your characters)(If they are the same rank, I may move them around ) are eligible. The tournament will last till Monday Night with fights occuring as those who can log in. I have NPCs as well to cover spots.

Rewards: 10 for Parcipation (At the end of the ENTIRE EVENT)
Rewards: 3 per Fight (Win or Lose)

Ranks: Characters must enter a Rank to challenge those only within their Rank.
The Jutsu: Will be learned with the Second Gate Only.

E-Rank (Academy/Commoners):
1st Place: 10 Tokens + (C-rank Jutsu) (WHAT?!)
2nd Place: 5 Tokens

D-Rank (Fresh Genin)
1st Place:15 Tokens + (C-rank Jutsu)
2nd Place:10 Tokens

C-rank (Adv. Genin to Chuunin)
1st Place: 20 Tokens + (B-rank Jutsu)
2nd Place: 15 Tokens

B-rank (Chuunin to Advanced)
1st Place: 30 Tokens + (A-rank Jutsu)
2nd Place: 25 Tokens

A-rank and above is not allowed. None of the Villages want to showcase their best at this time.
For A-rank and above you will fight for a private showing to the Kages.
(This WILL be an Event on it's own, I'll talk to the Jounin Level Individuals at a later date.)
